1. Digital Products Policy

At Inner Harmony: The Soul Shift Studio, we specialize in digital products (eBooks, workbooks, and downloadable guides). Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent or the file has been accessed.

 

2. Exceptions

We may offer a replacement or refund solely at our discretion in the following specific cases:

Corrupted File: The file you downloaded is technically damaged and cannot be opened.

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice.

 

3. How to Report an Issue

If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us immediately at info@thesoulshiftstudio.com with your Order Number. We will work with you to ensure you can successfully download and access your purchase.
